I am reading a book from the HArvard ManageMentor series titled “Managing Your Time”. Any input on this title? How about “Freedom from Tyranny of the Urgent” by Hummel? Any recommendations as I prepare to lead an internal seesion?
The core idea of the book is that we need to learn to manage our ENERGY more than our time. Energy management is more valuable, because everything flows from our ability to understand the ebbs and flows of our energy and how to maximize that flow.
2) Even though it’s a bit older thinking, I’m still a fan of Covey’s Urgent vs. Important idea. Here’s a link where you can see the grid.

Craig,
Two things come to mind:
1) The first is the book, The Power of Full Engagement (by Loehr and Shwartz)
