What do you think it does to a society that can watch each other’s life on TV in real time? The balloon boy is the latest example of this. Everyone involved, including everyone watching, only wanted his safe landing (which of course wasn’t even needed since he wasn’t in the balloon). But, I wonder what the impact of watching potential tragedy, or the real thing, in real time does to us.
