Jennifer Black is a partner and consultant specializing in reflective coaching, facilitation, goal-setting and healthy culture. She brings extensive experience in communication effectiveness, stress management and inclusion.
Jennifer has a master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders, and post-graduate certificates in infant-parent mental health from University of Massachusetts-Boston, reflective consultation, facilitation and supervision from University of California Davis and in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics from The ChildTrauma Academy. She has parlayed her work with children and families, as well as work in teams dealing with vicarious stress and trauma into consulting work with teams navigating high-stress, interpersonal dynamics and clarity in communication. As a coach, she works to support individuals to deepen their self-awareness, maximize positive team dynamics and align goals and performance.
